All of the Astra's I remember (from New England) were lugless, if memory serves. I bought one early on, much used, as a parts bike. Had the blue-all-over-everything paint job, post-factory spray w/o disassembly. I still smile when rifling through some parts collection I find a blue-capped seat clamp bolt or something. On a scale from 1=UO-8 to 10=your choice, it ranked about a -1; not near as bad as some things... harvey sachs
