There are a few nice bikes hanging on display at University Bikes in Boulder. A 70's Raleigh Pista, chrome Herse Demountable, and a very nice Cinelli. Vecchio's in Boulder has some cool nick nacks to look at, too (Campy bits, TdF race stuff).
I'm new to the state/area, so I still don't know my way around too well.
