A well-built wheel will be just as sturdy with either high- or low-flange
hubs. My question to you would be: Which do you like the looks of best? My
personal preference has always been for high-flange hubs, because I think
they look cool. If you prefer one over the other, then go with it. Whatever
your choice, you've got one terrific frame to clamp them to! I'll admit to a
wee bit-o-envy. There'd be more if it were my size. Good riding!
