My Hetchins with Serial # H12924 was sold 2/6/81 at the Southend-on-Sea shop and has Southend decals. $550 US at the time. It is sort of Italianate with oval blades and a rear fastback to its own lug seperate from the seat lug and straight stays. It is also a deluxe model with lots of chrome. However the receipt merely refers to the lug pattern: keyhole-spade. I thought Bob Jackson was right after the Southend period?
