Interesting point Brandon. The frames I have had made for me have always been made to the builder's taste, even as far as to the color of the bike. So what I have done essentially is to buy the frame builders personal bike. I wouldn't dream of telling the builder what the style of the bike should be, for that I guess I would build the bike myself.

Seems like each builder has a favorite color scheme, and that's what I want to order since I'm seeking him out for his personal taste.

Some examples that come to mind: Confente = White with yellow head tube Cinelli = Silver De Rosa = Ugo Blue Dave Moulton = Atlantic Blue Bianchi = Celeste Gios Torino = Gios blue Peugeot = White Legnano = Green Art Stump = Black chrome Colnago = Red Automoto = Violet Eddy Merckx = Molteni orange

Anyone have more?
