Subject: [CR]Late 70's/Early 80's TREK FOR SALE!

Hey Gang, I am trying to thin the herd a bit and have a beautiful NOS TREK frame and fork (with headset) for sale. It is built up and was test ridden at the shop it came from. I am selling only the frame and fork with installed Tange roller-ball headset. The lugwork and brazing are beautiful. I remember a string on the subject some time ago talking about "shoddy" workmanship and terrible paint. This is not one of them. It was next to one that was-there is a big difference. It measures between 56 and 57 to top of top tube and is that metallic taupe color with light panels. Reynolds 531 throughout and the decals are like new-no peeling on either. It is a sport/touring model with long chain stays and uses standard reach brakes. It has a Cinelli cast BB shell and Campy dropouts, long horizontal in the rear. It has double eyelets front/rear and rack mounts on the seat stays. Two sets of bottle mounts, one on top and one below the down tube. 126 rear spacing. No paint chips or dents. It is in showroom condition. I don't ride it and I need to make room. $350.00. If you need pictures, email me for them. I will be taking some tomorrow and will not be able to send them out until next Tuesday. I will NOT be checking my email frequently, so please be patient.

Thanks,
