It's really very simple...

Carlo Carr bid below the $175 reserve... Ichiy bid above Carlo, but below the reserve... Ichiy bid higher trying to find the reserve, but failed to do so... Ichiy's third bid finally met or exceeded the reserve of $175...

That's why his name appears 3 times. It's one way of ferretting-out reserve price before the final minute of sniping occurs.
