Presumably someone had a Grand Sport band but no levers and nuts, and decided to do a Frankenstein set from spare parts. The two right levers would work, but the mushroom head of the cable would protrude on the left side. The wing nuts are a simple improvisation as the Grand Sport bosses were male threaded posts, but where did the red Campy washers come from?
