Seems like this was discussed a while back, but I can't locate it in the archives. I notice that a NOS Flying Dutchman frame sold on ebay yesterday (item # 1123129696), late '70s according to seller. Periodically someone in the LA area advertises these on rbm as well, citing their Italian heritage. What's the story with these frames? Supposedly 531 throughout; pictures look reasonable, but has anyone had any experience with them? I'm thinking of an inexpensive means of building up a commuter so not expecting a pedigree.
