John: the seller emailed me directly, apparently he is selling them both for an elderly friend who had a bike interest. Both of these bikes have gone through two auctions with no sale in either case. In neither case did the bid auction reach the minimum bid. The first auction for the Hetchins had 13 bids, none over $400.00. The second auction went to $385.00 with 20 bids. Although both of these bikes are in excellent condition by the look from the photos, neither one is sold. Now I find coriously a $2499.00 starting price. Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems to me that the seller should have lowered his minimum bid. I've emailed the seller back a very long note with advice about my thoughts and have yet to receive a reply. I have atleast twenty English bikes in my collection, far more rare and none of these even approached the minimum bid. Peter Naiman
