I was contacted off list by a member who believes, based upon the sellers actions in previous auctions, that this is a miswording and the $100 *is* intended to cover all shipping. I'd still suggest contacting him first to be certain but it sounds a lot more reasonable that way for someone with that good a track record on eBay.
