Gee Bob, I rather enjoy these threads. I don't think the idea is to reach concensus, but to hear other members's ideas. At least a few of the "favourites" listed are usually ones I've never heard of or that were better or more significant than I had realized. It is usually a learnibg experience, which is what I thought the list was about.

Regards,

Jerry Moos

Jim,

I'm not sure what you mean by roadster or sport in the US but over here they were (IMO) anything but "lightweight" and usually meant flat bars so I'm not surprised you got little support.......nothing against them just off topic (IMO again).

Bob (bring back Ken Denny for topics other than shoes cause the value of this list is decreasing by the day) Reid Stonehaven Scotland

p.s. What was Daniels mail - a "do your worst Dale - head on the block" job.

p.p.s. Can I make one suggestion to the list ; Stop sending mails asking for favourite this or that or pinnacles or whatever it just waste bandwidth and among 400 members you'll never get a concensus - just 40 mail files full of....... Opinion.
