Art: Welcome to the list.. I think I can say that most of us (for certain myself!) are interested in ALL lightweights but most of us also don't know as much about those earlier bikes as we do about those 1970s models you see so much talk about... In fact there is not much literature, etc., on that era bikes or their riders. And not very many bikes have survived relative to the later models. I have lamented that the whole rich heritage of 6 Day racing is hard to find out about and only a few books are available about those days. Very little of what is available deals with the machines themselves... List member Jeff Groman, of Kingston Classic bikes in WA, is hopefully still engaged in a book. How's that going Jeff? I am always eager for more input..
