Dear list members (particularly Francophiles in the Jessup, Md. area-are you listening Donald Anderson?)

There is available at the Salvation Army Thrift Store (at least as of 4/4) and unknown low-level French bicycle which I put slightly above a Peugeot u0-8 because it has full wrap around seat stays with a decent shape strong light 49 crank with French thread petals. They want $20. I passed because it violated the rules that Larry Osborn imposed upon me-it has a front wheel and could possibly fit me. It has the usual simplex prestige front-and rear, mafac levers, French wheels. It does not appear to be a Reynolds bicycle. I am a major stockholder in the Salvation Army (go ahead and laugh but they are doing better than many dot coms) and will benefit immeasurably if someone purchases this bicycle. Good luck.
