I am in search of a 24" Paramount Touring frame from the 70's. Frame must be cheep and in usable condition. I am trying to get an old friend back into cycling. We did some touring together in the 70's and his fantasy bike was a Touring Paramount. I don't need parts, have plenty! This bike will be a gift! Any help will be greatly appreciated.
