Based on observation and personal experience, a really nice restored 1970 Cinelli with very clean great condition parts will fetch from 1.7K to perhaps 2.1K if really exceptional. This means original or re-plated chrome, correct decals, and everyting really in order. Bikes with so-so parts and no longer sporting their chrome have values under 1K. On the top end of the market, never ridden bikes from the period fetch up to about 3.5K - but again, that is for an NOS bike. Hope this helps. Mike Kone
