Everyone on this list seems to hate Cannondales, but they were released in 1983, way within the timeline, and you know what, they came with a Campy NR FD and NR, headset, had braze ons for THREE water bottles, had eyelets front and rear, and could be toured or OR raced. BUT IT LOOKED DIFFERENT (with the exception of the Klein). The funny thing, too, is, I had a 1984 Cannondale SR900 frame that I built up and members of the Italian team in Colorado Springs for the 1986 World Cycling Championships saw that Cannondale and were really excited about it and thought it was very cool and could not stop admiring it. Maybe our C.R. list is more stubborn than the racers from the birthplace of many people's favorite bikes?
