Threadless? I hate it too.

Ahh, threadless stems do tend to be on the ugly side don't they but I am here to change that. For all of you who have always longed for a little more refinement in your stem, or something just to top off that vintage ride of yours. Maybe a little premature but check out my stem project at:

What you are seeing here is a stem just after brazing. I have yet to do any finish filing, sanding, polishing etc. The lugs are stainless and will be polished. The extension is a teardrop shape. The extension is custom made and I hopefully will be able to provide it in full stainless some point soon. I would very much like to do more of these but I need to know what kind of demand I am looking at. Its a fair investment to have a larger run of the lugs made and the custom extrusion and I won't go ahead with it if no one shows interest. I will have some completed pictures soon but what do you think so far?

Sincerely,
