You are correct, Sir!

Having experienced this seller's less than 100% accurate descriptions before, I contacted him to verify the type of threads on the rear hub. He said they are normal freewheel threads (i.e., there are no left-hand threads for a lockring). So, the oil hole covers and "original skewers" are just typical of the road hubs they are and not exotic features of track hubs (although, I have seen a real Record high flange rear track hub with an oil hole and cover).
