I found a red Cinelli that has no drilled perforations in the lugs. The seat Tube has a decal that says MOD SC. The Made in Italy decal on the headtube has a red white and green background. The BB has a oiler screw on top and a drain screw in the bottom of the BB. It had Universal 61 brakes, original derailleur was steel(Record?) updated to a 71 NR. The front derailleur looks like a 1972 with no cable stop, no upper support pin bulge, no circlip but it has a straight front band which is plain no pattern or Campagnolo script. I have never seen this before? The hubs have cones that says 65 on them. The Cinelli decals are familiar but the smaller ones look older than I have seen. Can anyone comment about the year, I suspect it is about 1967- 1968. Brian in Berkeley
