The bike ride on Sunday is at 9 a.m., but the set up for showing a bike is at 10 a.m. Does this mean that those displaying bikes (or setting up a swap table) have to finish the ride by 10 a.m.! ? Or does this mean any time after 10 a.m.? Can a display bike be set up before the 9 a.m. ride? --- assuming that's not the bike to be ridden on the 9 a.m. ride, of course.
