Definitely COPPI. They were made by Fiorelli and were a moderately priced frame/bike. This one was probably built with Columbus DB (foil label). There were no extra spear point reinforcements on the brake bridge or chainstay strut as shown in your photo. If my memory serves me correctly, Olie Ritter rode a COPPI to victory in his successful hour record attempt. No fancy high teck stuff in those days!
