Bruce,

It would be easier to ask who didn't make 531 / KROMO frames in the 10 to 15 years after WWII. (Don't ask - I don't know that either)

Royal Enfield (The Enfield Cycle Co. of Redditch) produced Lightweights in 531 from the first post WWII show in December ? 1948 from a budget model (single speed) either the "Lightweight Tourist" with North Road bars at 15 gbp, to the "Bullet-3" 4-speed at 30 gbp c/w Maes bends and lightweight fittings. There was also a "Mayfly" but I don't know where that fits in....... Some were pre-war designs but I've no idea or info about them - Hilary ?

Bob Reid Stonehaven Scotland

p.s. Want to buy a 30's Royal Enfield Heavyweight c/w S-A KS4 hub. and dressguard......

:-)
