after an early 80s foray as a one-man shop, peter went on to supervise quality framebuilding at columbia in westfield, massachusetts. it was a short lived attempt. they brought columbias to the new york show that were (????) destined for steve hegg. 'don't recall if this was before or after his l.a. gold medals. peter vaporized in the late 80s. e-RICHIE http://www.richardsachs.com
