I also think this DeRosa is not of early 1970s, circa 1973 but of mid or late 1970s. For I had an old Italian friend who rode a small but beautiful DeRosa which was made about 10 years before 1983. He told me that when he was a child he was much faster than Ugo. And he told me the frame was filed by Mr.Nagasawa. I don't remember whether it had the heart engraved on the crown but do remember it had no engraving on the seatstay caps. I think the press lugs were filed a bit more beautifully than those on eBay but were equally made small.
