Sorry in advance for the ot subject, but:
I received a bit of new bike literature today, and in an ad for a TIG welded (but steel at least) wonder bike, there is reference to, and I quote, "we just returned from the Taipei bike show where we learned that many brands will change to Reynolds 1-1/8" diameter tubing next year, and the only reason is "to create the big aluminum tube look" " (sic).
Oh well, whatever....
