I was in that pawn shop last Friday, for the first time in a year. I'd noticed that bike before, it was back a behind a counter in among the pawned power tools, a jet ski and a Mercedes. It is a pretty large pawn shop, and odd that bike is a McLean.
According to the old guy back in that area, the owner and his wife were into bikes. Her 70s era touring Fuji is for sale too. I am looking for a frame to build up as a cross bike They had a mid 80s str guage Bianchi there that they were putting parts on from a cracked frame Univega. the wheels were spray painted (Mmmmmmmm). Very strange place.
