It's a Campy Sport crank from the early seventies. The aluminum alloy version was the Gran Sport. TA three pin chainrings will fit and go down to 36 teeth. There was also a TA adaptor that alowed the big six pin TA rings (sometimes falsly called Criterium) to work with this crank. I put a Sport with a TA adaptor and 50,45 rings on my Heron. It looks cool, and there's lots of room between the spider arms to get in and clean around the bottom bracket.
