Chuck told us he knows the seller and knows the bike will be sold regardless of whether reserve was met or not.
I thought "reserve not met" just meant the seller isn't obligated to sell - I don't think bidders are off the hook. They have to honor their bids if seller decides to sell. Someone please correct me if this is wrong.
