I ride all my bikes, and would only consider NOT riding a bike if it was NOS or near NOS and like 30-50 years old. As others have said, if I was afraid to ride one, then I probably can't afford it.

I'm not, nor ever will be, wealthy enough to have a bicycle museum.

------------original message------------

Anyone on the list have a bike that is too nice to ride (as in "I'm unworthy")?

I personally ride everything I have every bought. That would include bikes like 3V with Anniversary, Bianchi Centennario, one of Andy Hampsten's Motorola bikes, a Confente (rode the hell out of the Confente!), plus others I'm probably forgetting.

You know, do you ride the bike that other bike freaks say, "Ooooh, that's too nice to ride. I'd hang that on the wall."

Comments from lurkers or even regulars???
