I agree with Douglas. I have had a few transactions with Grant, usually going to his place to buy stuff, and never had any problems. While I wouldn't call him sloppy he didn't strike me as the meticulous methodical type either. He's a very "in the moment" kind of guy and seems to have little attachment to the mounds of bike stuff he has around. I wouldn't believe some people if they said they forgot something, with Grant, I'd give him the benefit of the doubt even though what he did is a little sketchy. Supply him with your facts and then let him suffer the consequences if he doesn't make things right. BTW, he's frequently in Europe on buying trips.
