Hello Rick;

The Sugino TA-type chainrings only remains in the shop front as a dead stock. Since these chainrings has received various evaluations, a price is various. Some shop will sell as $5, some shop will sell as $30... If you want to buy these chainrings, Please tell me what you want about tooth number / outer or inner. I will search price and tell you.
