For sale:
Sturmey-Archer 3-speed with external 3-cog system (late 50s predecessor of Sachs 3x7 system used on Bike Friday, etc). Set up for 1/8" cogs. external cogs are 13, 19, and 24.
$25 hub and freewheel (separated), shipping included in US. $105 whole wheel, including 26" steel rim, grubby spokes, and tire with tube that holds some air. I really don't want' to ship wheels...
Would trade for something interesting, such as
a campy record rear derailleur ("steel") with the original type steel pulleys, good or much better. airlite continental or other interesting hubs funky brakes (I have a small collection with odd stuff like Weinmann Delta, Alternberger dual-pivot side-pull, etc). Older Regina freewheels and chains (and really want a Regina core assembly for Cinelli bivalent hubs). Very good or better "Schwinn Approved" CP brakes for a 72 Paramount (would trade NOS Weinmanns). Universal 61/68 levers with great hoods, or just the hoods in very good or better condition. weird old derailleurs, pre 1960, good enough to look at (don't plan to use 'em). higher-end Sachs (no relation) parts, particularly cranks < 175 mm.
