Double check with Tom Kellogg @ spectrum-cycles.com, but my recollection was that they were sold to dealers as framesets only? I have seen 3 or 4 over the years and each was fire-engine red with "Signature" on the top tube & Tom Kellogg on one of the chainstays near the bottom bracket, the left stay I think. Tom is a great guy to talk to & I am sure he would be happy to talk to you about the bikes. Richard Rose (Toledo, Ohio)
