I found some rubber feet at the hardware store, red and shiny, but the perfect size and fit (I have a few pairs of the original Campy blue ones, but I decided that they should live in my box of spare parts for a while). Look in your hardware store's aisle that has all the little drawers of rubber washers, spacers, grommets, etc.
