Jim,

There is no shortage of Cinelli decals. All variations have been reproduced except the early fifties style. If you are dealing with a regular bike painter then they can get decals for your project. If a painter not in the bike industry is doing the job you may find that decals could be somewhat difficult to procure.

Most of the time mid 60's Cinellis don't have foil decals from my experience. Cinellis tend to vary somewhat, so that may not be a 100% correct statement, but I'm sure there are those on the list who can tell you what they have. If it is original and had foil decals, then you won't need to search for the answer; only the decals. If you get in a bind, I think most bike painters would be happy to apply some for you.
