Subject: [CR]Replacement BB for Ofmega Mistral crank?

Having now taken apart the Cinelli/Centurion yard-sale find which I posted about several weeks ago, I find that I need to replace the Sugino bottom-bracket, which is pitted on fixed cup and spindle. BB shell measures 70mm. Threads are Italian - fixed cup is right-handed. Spindle measures 115mm, and is asymmetric with the chainwheel side ~5mm longer. What are my alternatives to replace the BB? There is a 113mm Phil (says for Campy) on ebay. Would that work?

Also, the large (53) chainwheel looks pretty worn (shark-toothed), any ideas on where I'd find a replacement. BCD is 144 and appearance is unique.

Thanks for all advice and suggestions,
