Subject: [CR]Another GW-to-Nyack Ride for NYC area

All classic cycling fans and anyone else who'd like to join us, we're riding again this Sunday. The plan is for a 9:30am meet at Fort Lee Historical Park on the NJ side of the bridge. (I follow the rules of my local cycling club, which means at 9:30 meet means a prompt 9:45 departure.)

At least a few of us who live in New Jersey will be meeting at my house in Ridgewood at 8am, riding to the 'official' ride start, then returning directly to Ridgewood instead of to the GW - unless we're feeling particularly masochistic, which I doubt. Each leg of the triangle we've planned is about 18 miles, and 54 miles sounds better to these old legs than 72 miles.

I will be on vacation from tomorrow mid-morning until Saturday and won't be able to respond to email during that time, I don't think, although I expect to be able to access my other account which I use primarily for business - that's mailto:sfreides@compuserve.com if you need me.

Hope to see one and all there. I expect we'll keep a slower pace than the last such ride a few weeks ago.
