The '82 Schwinn catalog's Paramount shows a NR parallelogram with Rally cage plates. To rephrase, everything about it is a NR, except the cage plates.

I don't quite understand your question of "time frame" & "reinforced". The 82 Paramount pictured in the catalog does not have the large cast upper body w/ raised Campagnolo letters. If you could rephrase your question, that would help me understand.

Does the one in that catalog have the "breakable" Rally upper body?(appears to in Brian's picture) or a NR body? Would the 1982 Paramount fall into the time frame of early Rally's vs. later

model with reinforced upper body? FWIW: My NR with Rally plates functions pretty well (as limited by nasty old

friction levers)
