Thanks to all those who responded to my Schwinn LeTour question. As close as I can tell it's a Super LeTour that used to be blue. It looks like the head tube lugs and half fork blades and fork crown were polished chrome while the rest of the chrome was painted over since the majority of the chrome is not highly polished. Thanks to the person who had the link to the Schwinn catalog pages (sorry, I forgot your name) which helped me identify the model..
