Yes, I have a ICS stem: chrome over aluminum Cinelli 1R with Cinelli cloisonné logos inset in sides and front. The shift levers were very popular in SoCal (curved with rubber inserts). A friend had a complete chrome group on a metallic atlantic blue (three main tubes) and chrome (entire rest of frame) Dave Molton.

A swiss company; the owner was tight with Cino Cinelli and ICS had old engraving Cinelli bars specially made clear up into the late 80s. Bradley at American Cyclery had a complete bike (Magni) with all ICS for sale two years ago (58cm).

I sell a computer scanned version of all the ICS literature on my website.
