For a new steel frame, outfitted in old-technology components, perhaps the
term could be "NeoFerro-Disindexified".
A bike built with unrelated, but contemporary, components is built a la
carte, so the category could be "Contempo-Alacarted"
An old frame updated to newer components could be "Defrictionallized".
