I need to apologize to the seller of the Condor bicycle because I think I have inadvertently created doubt about the authenticity of the Condor offered for sale. I don't have any information indicating that the bike is anything other than a genuine English made Condor. My point in writing is that the pictures were not detailed enough for complete confidence in identification. I may have been subconsciously influenced by the "fake Hetchins" thread but what really caused me to write was a fuzzy recollection of some recent discussion on other "Condor" brand bicycles; one a product of Switzerland and another from some other country. I wanted to solicit clarification from the list to establish just what nationality "Condor" we had sighted. After the postings, the Condor for sale is the gen-u-wine desireable English marque. I apologize for any confusion and will be more careful of my words in the future.
