Sadly not as good as the riders name would imply - you'll rarely (if at all) find any of these in any Peugeot "Mainline" catalogue - it's a one-off issue low-budget special and almost always came with a seperate flyer for issue to the customers - we sold plenty similar "Joey Mcloughlin" pocket rocket ! specials just like this - usually 10/12 speeds, rigida chromed steel rims, low budget rivetted Sachs-Huret cranks, Eco derailleurs ..... yuch. A classic marketing trick by Cycles Peugeot and nowadays Cycleurope - continued to this day........
The only comment I'd have about the Carbolite 103 frames - They are well finished - If only peugeot could have finished their 531 frames as well as most of these low budget ones.
