I agree, definately 80's. The all chrome fork came on the early 80's team but was a darker blue. The fork is throwing me off. I think the Jubilee became their top model in '84 or so. Right before they nixed importing to the US. I also think the tubing was Vitus. If it is lugless, it might be fillet brazed. They introduced a method in their catalogs called "inexternal". They had a cutaway picture in their catalog that showed the brazing material penetrating the junction and creating a small fillet on the inside of the tube. To the unknowledgable public, this looked "stronger". It is actually what a proper fillet braze looks like. It probably sold bikes though. I believe around '83 this started. I had a Le Champion that was constructed "inexternally", and it was quite unique. I sold it with a copy of its page from the catalog. The crank could also be an Ofmega, couldn't it?
