Bob, I haven't seen the article, but I assume this was a rebadged Vitus carbon fibre frame, i.e. like the Vitus aluminum frames, but with carbon fibre laminated over the main tubes. The PY10FC may have later been built by Zodiac, but the the PY10FC in my 1986 Peugeot catalog sure looks like a Vitus carbon fibre frame - in fact I can almost make out what appears to be the Vitus aluminum tubing fork sticker.
