Hi Doland,

I own and have owned both in the past too. My experience with them is that the Pro is a stiffer bike and also a harsher ride, certainly more responsive. The International is one of the most comfy bikes you could ever get on. Still responsive but not so immediate feeling, certainly not as stiff but she just seems to soak up bumps. Both, in my opinion are great rides. I can best analogize them to cars. The Pro is a bit like a 60's British sports car - a little heavy, very sporting but not a race vehicle and not as smooth as some of its' competition. The International is much like a 60's Jaguar saloon - comfy, reeks of character and pretty swift, even in the corners. I've always felt the International was more stable on a quick decent then the Pro was - that can make me nervous sometimes.

Not in your question but to add two cents worth - although the quality of International's can vary greatly, I also believe they are among the best production bikes available in their heyday.
