Subject: [CR]3Rensho, peeley decal

Hi All, Any advice regarding restoration/repair of a peeling 3Rensho decal? It's the rainbow stripe decal around the seat tube, which is kind of a plastic coated paper deal. It looks as if the paper/coating have peeled away from the adhesive which remains on the bike. The peeled bit is quite tightly coiled. What should I do?

I haven't heard much discussion of 3Rensho on the list. I recently bought a 3Rensho "super record export" f/f on eBay. IMO the level of craftsmanship is high, but I think my 73 masi is much nicer, any other opinions? I don't know very much about 3R and am curious to learn more, I've seen the yellow jersey site and the stuff on CdOCR - any other good sources? I'd like to do this bike up with the 1979 Suntour Superbe kit shown on the suntour page of Dale's site, high flange hubs. I'd love to hear any comments the group would care to offer on my new frame/fork.
