Kevin, I used to own a 1972 P-13 and worked at a Schwinn shop at the time. If I remember correctly, most of the P-10s and P-15s had Schwinn approved Weinmann center pulls. However Schwinn offered the Campagnolo side pull as an option on the P-13s for about $50. For the rear brake on a touring bike you will need a "drop bolt" center bolt. Campy used to make these but they seem rare today. I think Cyclart and others list non Camp. drop bolts for sale. Of course you need standard reach calipers on the brakes too. Cheers, Keith Kessel
