The recent $515 e-bay sale of the aluminum-chassis Brooks got me to thinking;
What are the investment-quality bike collectibles?
What bikes and parts are bound to go up over time? What bike parts could be considered part of a portfolio?
I would think such parts should either be very exquisite or very rare. The best would be a combination of both qualities.
Could anyone say for certain that the five-hundred dollar Brooks would be a thousand-dollar Brooks in 10 years?
